As a 12-month Park Ranger, I spend my winter days slogging through a lot of mud and water. Nothing ruins my day worse than wet, cold feet. Hoser's keep me warm, dry and comfortable all day long through my 10-hour day. I would give them 5 stars if they came in half-sizes; the 9-9 1/2 were a tad too small, the 10-10 1/2 a little too big, but thicker socks pretty much take care of the problem. Overall, the best wet-weather boots I've ever owned. Bought 'em for two of my co-workers, too!

I bought these to replace the exact same model that had worn out because I wear them A LOT. I walk with my dog in all types of weather on different types of terrain - on sidewalks, in fields, woods, rocky trails - and whenever it's wet or might be or become muddy I wear these. I'm pretty rough on them but they lasted many years before developing enough wear on the soles to start letting water in. Great boots.

Incredibly comofortable - I work on cement in these boots for ~5 hours/day and they are very well cushioned. Only drawback is that the soles can be slippery.
